Dear Parents and Carers
We have had another busy week at school, with lots of class trips and our spectacular Rock Steady concert on Wednesday, where the children performed exceptionally well! We are so proud of all our young rock stars for their confidence and talent, and we send a huge thank you to our band leader, Jonny, for inspiring them this year.
The excitement has continued as the children spent time meeting their new class teachers this week, giving them a wonderful opportunity to experience a taste of their next steps and leaving them feeling very enthusiastic about starting their new school year in September.
Today is also a very important milestone as the children's annual school reports are coming home in their bags. Please note that this does not apply to Year 6, due to a national delay to the official SATs results. We expect to receive the Year 6 SATs results on Thursday 16th July, and we will send their full reports home on this date instead.
Once you have had a chance to read through and celebrate your child’s report, if you would like to speak to their class teacher about any of the comments, you are welcome to contact the school office to arrange an appointment on Tuesday 14th July between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
Looking ahead to the weekend, we hope to see lots of you at our annual Summer Fair on Sunday 12th July from 12pm - 2.30pm. It promises to be a fantastic afternoon, filled with fun, games, and food, so please do come along to support the school and enjoy the festivities.
