Harvest Assembly

Our school hall was filled with music, prayer, and gratitude this week as we gathered together for our annual Harvest Assembly.

Year 5 led us in a truly inspirational celebration, sharing thoughtful reflections and beautiful prayers that reminded us all of the importance of thanking God for His gifts and caring for those in need. Our youngest pupils in Early Years (EYFS) joined in wonderfully, delighting everyone with their enthusiastic singing and Makaton signs in front of the rest of the school.

A special thank you goes to Mrs Shanahan, whose hard work and dedication in teaching the children such a fantastic selection of songs made our assembly so uplifting and joyful.

Surrounding us in the hall were the incredible donations collected throughout our Harvest appeal. Thanks to your wonderful generosity, we have gathered a vast array of food and essential items to support Lewisham Foodbank and the vital work they do in our local community through the Hope Centre.

Putting our faith into action is at the heart of our Catholic community, and we are overwhelmingly grateful for your kindness. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this year's Harvest celebration so meaningful and impactful!
