We are delighted to let you know that bookings for Topmark Wraparound Care at St William of York Catholic Primary School are now OPEN for September 2026!

If your child requires Breakfast Club and/or After School Club, we encourage you to book as soon as possible to secure your place.

How to Book

Please register as a parent at:

topmarksportscoachingltd.ipalbookings.com

Once you have created your account, add your child(ren) and follow these steps:

1. Select Bookings.
2. Choose St William of York.
3. Select the days your child will attend each week using the calendar.
4. Choose Breakfast Club (BC), After School Club (ASC), or both.
5. Click Create Booking at the bottom of the page.
6. On the next page, select Confirm Booking to finalise your booking and set up your monthly payments.

Club Times & Prices

Breakfast Club

• 🕢 7:30am – 9:00am
• 💷 £6.00 per day
• 💷 £5.50 per day when booked 5 days per week

After School Club

• 🕒 3:15pm – 6:00pm
• 💷 £14.00 per session
• 💷 £13.00 per session when booked 5 days per week

Our wraparound provision offers a fun, safe and engaging environment with a fantastic range of activities, including:

• Sports and games
• Arts and crafts
• Cooking
• Music
• Team challenges
• Outdoor play
• And much more!

We're excited to welcome all our families to Topmark Wraparound this September.

Payments

All bookings and monthly invoices will be available under My Bookings within your iPal account. Monthly payments will be collected automatically on the 1st of each month.

Tax-Free Childcare

If you wish to pay using Tax-Free Childcare (TFC):

• Add your TFC reference (4 letters followed by numbers) to your child's profile within iPal.
• Select Topmark Out of School Club – St William of York as your childcare provider within your Tax-Free Childcare account.
• You can then make payments directly through your iPal Wallet by linking your TFC account.

Please note that there may be a short delay before TFC payments can be processed while we receive confirmation of our Ofsted registration.

Important Reminder

Please let the school know which days your child will be attending After School Club from September. Children must be collected by 6:00pm.
